Caprese Salad

Comment célébrer le 150e anniversaire du Canada?

 

INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS 4-6
1⁄2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
3 large tomatoes, sliced
20 fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
fresh grounds sea salt
pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Alternate tomato slice, cheese slice, and basil leaf on platter.
  2. Garnish with extra leaves and then drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
