My favourite destinations as of right now are Italy, Hungary, Greece and Bali.
Definitely the biggest trend for me that I'm seeing are my client's requests for unique, cultural and private experiences. They see what’s on Instagram, the perfect photo with no one around, but they want to be the first ones to post about it. Travellers are wanting a break from the ordinary and want to experience something truly special, realizing the true value of a moment instead of collecting souvenirs. I also believe that people are realizing the worth a travel agent can bring to their vacations. They realize that we are usually a pretty well travelled bunch and have so much to offer in personal stories, travel tips and destination advice.

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) is a self-managed, not-for-profit corporation, responsible for administration and enforcement of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 26/05 on behalf of the Ontario government. In addition, TICO administers an industry-financed Travel Compensation Fund. TICO is a wholly financed by registration fees paid by Ontario travel agencies and travel wholesalers. The Travel Industry Compensation Fund is financed entirely by Ontario travel industry registrants through contributions based on their sales revenues.
