How to enter the Contest
The Fan Fly Away -Win your Seat Back begins January 25, 2020 and ends February 06, 2020 (the “contest period”). Enter the contest by booking on the Fan Fly Away Vacation packages to New York departing Calgary, Alberta on Air Canada March 14th and returning March 18th, 2020 through a Vision Travel Solutions travel advisor during the contest period. Your booking will be automatically entered in the contest. You can also enter no purchase necessary by entering online at https://www.visiontravel.ca/vacations/en/flames-fan-flyaway
There is a limit of one entry per person. Bookings must be completed by 11:59pm on the 6th day of February, 2020.
Neither Vision Travel Solutions nor the Travel Suppliers are responsible for any entries destroyed, mutilated, lost or misdirected. All information collected for this contest is protected against unauthorized access. Vision Travel Solutions will not willfully disclose individually identifiable information about a contestant to any third party, other than the Travel Suppliers, without first receiving a contestant’s permission. Vision Travel Solutions will not share or sell a contestant’s personal information to other companies, organizations or individuals. The Prizes
There will be a total of one (1) prize available to be won. The draw will take place for one (1) prize on February 10th, 2020 and the winner will be announced online at https://www.visiontravel.ca/vacations/en/flames-fan-flyaway
Each prize will consist of the reimbursement of the cost of the airfare in the package price for one person only of the booked Flames Fan Fly Away vacation package from Calgary, AB to New York, NY for (1) person up to a maximum of $750.00 per person, payable to the winners only, by cheque after final payment date of the booking. In the case the winner is drawn is no purchase necessary online entry, the winner will be offered one airfare roundtrip from Calgary, AB to New York, NY on the specified packaged dates and flights of departing March 14 and returning March 18, 2020, excluding taxes. Travel must be as per package dates and flights and cannot be extended beyond that date. If the booked vacation package is cancelled for any reason, the amount of the prize received by a winner must be paid back to Vision Travel Solutions or if applicable, will be refunded by the Travel Supplier to Vision Travel Solutions. If the amount of the prize is inadvertently refunded to the winner, the winner shall reimburse Vision Travel Solutions the amount received.
The winner must have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing. The winner must be a Canadian resident, not resident in the Province of Quebec and have reached the age of majority. Winners cannot be employees of Vision Travel Solutions or a Travel Supplier, their advertising or promotional agencies or family members of an employee with whom they are domiciled. The winner must have the legal right to leave Canada and to return to Canada and must have the legal right to enter and leave the destination country to which they are bound. They are fully responsible for obtaining, at their own expenses, all documentation necessary for the trip as required by the authorities concerned, including, but not limited to, visas, passports, vaccinations and certificates. These shall be obtained before departure. All of the personal expenses of the winner and his/her travel companion and all expenses not included in the vacation package are their sole responsibility. Vision Travel Solutions assumes no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for any postponement, delay or cancellation of the flight or any other component of the packages or of any other transportation, amenity or benefit which is part of the vacation package for any reasons whatsoever, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, equipment breakdown or other causes beyond its control.
How to Win
The selection of the winners will be made by random draw by Vision Travel Solutions at its head office at 251 Consumers Road, Suite 700, Toronto, Ontario M2J 4R3 on the 10 day of February, 2020 and announced on the 12th day of February, 2020. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question, confirm his or her eligibility, and complete a standard declaration and release before being declared a winner. Winner must have a valid e-mail and residential address and home telephone number. The winner will then be instructed how to claim the prize. If the selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, cannot confirm eligibility, or does not respond to the telephone notification within two (2) weeks of the selection date, that entrant will be disqualified and another entrant randomly selected. The process will be repeated as necessary until a winner is declared. By entering the contest, the entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the contest and agree with respect to all aspects of this contest. The winners will then be instructed how the prize will be delivered to them. All entries become the property of Vision Travel Solutions, who reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value should this prize become unavailable for any reason and to cancel this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, printing or production errors pertaining to the contest promotional materials, unavailability of the prize due to situations with the Travel Suppliers which are beyond the reasonable control of Vision Travel Solutions or if any virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Vision Travel Solutions corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Vision Travel Solutions is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Vision Travel Solutions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from downloading any materials in this promotion. Vision Travel Solutions reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the contest rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest. All decisions of the judges are final.
