My clientele tends to be very well travelled, discerning and appreciative of the very best. I bring to the table my 30+ years in the travel business, and extensive upscale travel experiences in Africa, Hong Kong, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, Europe and more. In all I’ve been to 42 countries.
As well as cooking I enjoy scuba diving, snow shoeing, golf, the ballet, wine and good times. My clients say they find me caring, outgoing – and a bit off the wall!
