As a travel professional with over 20 years in the business, I’m delighted to say I’ve narrowed my focus of expertise to three specialties: luxury cruising; soft adventure; and family vacations.
Travel really is in my blood: my parents were serious travelers who didn’t let having kids get in their way when it came to exploring the world! Camping at Disneyland, meandering the streets of Quebec City and the exotic vistas of Monaco are all fond childhood memories.
When it comes to cruising, I’m a Cunard Academy Graduate and hold Commodore Status with Cunard. I love to promote small ship and expedition cruises as well. I am also certified with luxury tour operator Tauck.
I personally love active holidays with small groups anywhere in the world – as long as there is a hike/bike component and cultural immersion. What a wonderful way to travel!
And as the parent of tween twins, I’m glad to say I’m following in my parents’ footsteps: our kids have experienced seven all-inclusive resorts (so far!) in the sunny south, Disneyland, Disney Cruising, and Fairmont’s wonderful kids programs. They give four thumbs up to the Grand at Moon Palace in Cancun for the best kids program. You heard it here first!
