How to enter the Contest:
Contest begins Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019. No purchase necessary. Enter by completing all required fields on the Vision Travel Solutions Facebook or website contest registration form. There is a limit of one (1) registration per person. Anyone found to be using bots or automated scripts will be disqualified from the contest. No purchase is necessary to register for the contest or win a prize. All entries must be received by closing time at 11:59pm on the 31st of July, 2019, the contest closing date.
Neither Vision Travel Solutions nor Royal Caribbean International ® is responsible for any entries destroyed, mutilated, lost or misdirected. To enter the “#CruiseAwayonaFreeVacay” contest, individuals are required to provide their correct e-mail address, first and last name, complete address including postal code, phone number. All information collected for this contest is protected against unauthorized access. By using the entry form you consent to collection and use of this information by Vision Travel Solutions. Vision Travel Solutions will not willfully disclose individually identifiable information about a contestant to any third party without first receiving a contestant’s permission. Prize
There will be a total of one (1) prize available to be won. The prize entitles you and one guest to a complimentary cruise which consists of a Three (3) or Four (4) night Bahamas Cruise for two (2) people. Your complimentary Bahamas cruise embarking roundtrip from either Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida, is inclusive of cruise fare for an interior stateroom, taxes and standard recommended gratuities. Airfare not included. Plus, dining at numerous select venues, entertainment and select activities. The prize is based on double occupancy and subject to availability for travel between September 01, 2019 and April 30th, 2020. Travel must be taken in the time period specified and cannot be extended beyond that date. Interior staterooms are based on: Vision and Sovereign Class — 2V, 4V and 6V Radiance, Voyager, Freedom and Oasis Class — 4V and 6V Quantum Class4U. Approximate Value is USD $1500/CAD $2000
The winner and his/her travel guest must each have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing. The winner and his/her travel guest must be Canadian residents, not residents in the Province of Quebec, over the age of twenty-one (21) prior to 01 September, 2019 and not employees of Vision Travel Solutions or Royal Caribbean International ® and their advertising or promotional agencies or family members with whom these employees are domiciled. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together. The winner and his/her travel companion must have the legal right to leave Canada and to return to Canada and must have the legal right to enter and leave the destination country to which they are bound. They are fully responsible for obtaining, at their own expenses, all documentation necessary for the trip as required by the authorities concerned, including, but not limited to, visas, passports, vaccinations and certificates. These shall be obtained before departure. The winner and his/her travel companion shall comply with the contest validity dates and accept the alternatives proposed by Royal Caribbean International, if this proves necessary. No extension of stay will be permitted. Royal Caribbean International® reserves the right to offer a comparable prize if a program is cancelled in the case of force majeure or in the case of any other unforeseeable circumstances. All of the personal expenses of the winner and his/her travel companion are their sole responsibility. A minimum of one person, either the Grand Prize winner or one of the travel guests, must hold a valid credit card to cover any incidentals or any other requirement that may be required at the Cruise Line. Winners are responsible for payment of all airline fares and taxes, fuel surcharges and fees. Ground transfers to and from the cruise port and winner and/or travelling guest’s residence and designated airport and all other expenses not specified herein or listed within the travel brochure, including but not limited to telephone or fax, gratuities, optional tours, insurance, medical travel documents, personal expenses, and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. No The Grand Prize winner shall not be entitled to receive, in cash, certificate or otherwise, the balance of any amount representing the difference of the Grand Prize retail value and actual cost. No frequent flyer miles will be available. Winners must make their request for travel through their Vision travel advisor, by Dec 31, 2019, failing which Royal Caribbean International® will not accept the reservation and the prize will be deemed void. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together both ways. Prize awarded must be booked through Vision Travel Solutions. Approximate retail value of the trip is $2000 CAD. Actual retail value may vary depending on departure date. Once the cruise arrangements have been confirmed no changes are permitted. All bookings are subject to 100% cancellation penalties. How to Win
A winner will earn one (1) entry for entry on facebook.com/visiontravelsolutions/CruiseAwayona FreeVacay Facebook page contest page or Vision Travel website contest entry page www.visiontravel.ca/vacation/ CruiseAwayonaFreeVacay and one (1) entry for sharing the contest from their Contest Thank You Confirmation referral email. One (1) additional entry will be earned for following Vision Travel Solutions Facebook page. The selection of one random one (1) entrant will be made by Vision Travel Solutions at its head office at 251 Consumers Road, Suite 700, Toronto, Ontario M2J 4R3 on August 2nd 2019. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question, confirm his or her eligibility, and complete a standard declaration and release before being declared a winner. Winner must have a valid e-mail and residential address and home telephone number. The winner will then be instructed how to claim the prize. If the selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, cannot confirm eligibility, or does not respond to the telephone notification within two (2) weeks of the selection date, that entrant will be disqualified and another entrant randomly selected. The process will be repeated as necessary until a winner is declared. By entering the contest, the entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the contest and agree with respect to all aspects of this contest. All entries become the property of Vision Travel Solutions, who reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value should this prize become unavailable for any reason and to cancel this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, printing or production errors pertaining to the contest promotional materials, unavailability of the prize due to situations with prize suppliers which are beyond the reasonable control of Vision Travel Solutions or if any virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Vision Travel Solutions corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Vision Travel Solutions Facebook page or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Vision Travel Solutions reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vision Travel Solutions is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Vision Travel Solutions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from downloading any materials in this promotion. Vision Travel Solutions reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify the contest rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest. All decisions of the judges are final.
