Flexible Bookig Policy: For voyages departing in 2021 when booked by June 30, 2021 should you need to cancel your cruise, you can choose from the following options.
- You may cancel up to two days before your trip and receive 100% Future Voyage Credit (FVC)
- You may move your booking free of charge to any of their voyages currently on sale, up to two days before your voyage

1. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “2021 Wave Offer.” 2. Offer Details. We will provide a 10% discount off all voyage fares and onboard credit (i.e., “Sailor Loot in our branding voice") on all sailings purchased between midnight EST following January 4, 2021 through midnight EST following April 30, 2021 for open cabins and suites on an eligible voyage. Further, Wave 2021 will also add an additional $50 to our Bar Tab offer. Offer is subject to caveats and exclusions in Section 3. Sailor Loot depends on the “meta-category” of cabin or suite booked: $100 Sailor Loot PER CABIN for Insider and Sea View cabin meta-categories $200 Sailor Loot PER CABIN for Sea Terrace cabin meta-category $400 Sailor Loot PER CABIN for RockStar Quarters meta-categories (this includes both RockStar Quarters and Mega RockStar Quarters) See Section 3 below for eligible voyages. 3. Caveats/Exclusions. 3.1. Subject to this Section 3, Wave 2021 is combinable with our Bar Tab offer. 3.2. Wave 2021 discount rate and Sailor Loot components are not combinable with our Affinity Circle Program (as published before January 13, 2021), Tour Operator Rate, Casino Rate, Interline Net Rate, or any other previous offers. We reserve the right to modify these offers at any time. 3.3. Eligibility: Offers are eligible on non-charter, open, revenue voyages departing May 9, 2021 and thereafter. These terms detail the “Bar Tab” Offer. We’re offering our passengers (that is, “Sailors” in our branding voice) the opportunity to pre-pay their on-board bar tabs in $300 U.S. dollar increments on Eligible Voyages (see section 2.5 below). Bar Tabs may be purchased up to midnight EST following the day before the voyage sets sail. Virgin Voyages will then add a bonus $50 U.S. dollar credit to that Sailor’s folio. In addition, if a Bar Tab is purchased between midnight EST following January 4, 2021 through midnight EST following March 31, 2021 for an Eligible Voyage, we’ll add an additional bonus $50 U.S. dollar credit to that Sailor’s folio (that is, a total bonus of a $100 Bar Tab). Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) can purchase a prepaid Bar Tab for their Sailors and earn commission on the purchase amount. Prepay Bar Tabs may be purchased by calling Virgin Voyages prior to sailing, or through your First Mate. 2. Caveats/Exclusions. 2.1. The Bar Tab can only be used on drink purchases (a) onboard our ships or (b) at The Beach Club at Bimini. It may not be transferred to pay for other experiences e.g. Spa or shore excursions (“Shore Things” in our branding voice), and any unused Bar Tab credit (both purchased and bonus) will not be refunded to the Sailor at the end of the voyage. It may not be transferred to another user (though one may purchase bar drinks for another Sailor). Bar Tab may be cancelled, with a refund, until 24 hours from the voyage sail date. Should the voyage date change, the Bar Tab may be transferred to the new voyage. Bar Tab is likely not insurable. 2.2. First Mates do not earn commission on the bonus value we give Sailors on us. To the extent Bar Tab is purchased, First Mate’s Commission on Bar Tab (10%) to be paid post-voyage with other pre-voyage sales commission, provided Sailor makes the voyage and does not cancel the Bar Tab before the voyage. 2.3. Promotional Bonus: Virgin Voyages will add an additional bonus $50 U.S. dollar Bar Tab credit to a Sailor’s folio, on top of the $50 U.S. dollar bonus detailed in Section 1 above, for any Bar Tab purchase made between midnight EST following January 4, 2021 through midnight EST following April 30, 2021 for open cabins and suites on an Eligible Voyage. (see below). 2.4. Sailor loses the Promotional Bonus portion if the reservation is cancelled, even if later re-instated.
