Tonight, depart Toronto for your overnight flight to Vietnam.

Ho Chi Minh Arrival
Welcome to Vietnam's financial hub: Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Transfer to the hotel. Overnight: Millennium Boutique Hotel

FEBRUARY 25

Ho Chi Minh City Tour and Cu Chi Tunnel
After breakfast, drive northwest to the Cu Chi tunnels. This tunnel complex was dug in 1948 for the guerrillas to hide from French air and ground sweeps. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, participate in a guided tour of Ho Chi Minh City, which includes the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office with its French style architecture, City Hall, and the magnificent Saigon Opera House. Then, we will visit the War Remnants Museum, which primarily contains exhibits relating to the American phase of the Vietnam War. This evening, enjoy a dinner cruise on Saigon River. FEBRUARY 26

Ho Chi Minh & Mekong Delta
Breakfast this morning will be at the hotel before departing for My Tho where you will embark on a cruise of the Mekong River. Take in the sights offishing villages and islands before travelling along a small canal, Varn Xep, to witness the daily life of local inhabitants on Ben Tre Prov­ince (also known as Coconut Village). Keep an eye out for bee farms and handicraft workshops to enjoy honey-tea and see how locals make things from coconut wood. Take horse-carts along a country road to visit fruit orchards, sampling tropical fruits along the way, before making your way back to the hotel. (B/L) Overnight: Millennium Boutique Hotel

FEBRUARY 27

Ho Chi Minh City Tour, Fly to Danang, and Hoian
Today, we will take the morning flight to Danang. Upon arrival, transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a tour of Japanese covered bridge, Handicraft workshops, Tan Ky old house, Fujian assembly hall, and the 15th century Chuc Thanh Pagoda. FEBRUARY 28

Hoian, My Son, and Free Day
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before a local guide picks you up to visit My Son sanctuary, an an­cient religion center of the Cham people. Return to Hoian in time for lunch. MARCH 1

Hoian, Danang, and Hue
After breakfast at the hotel, check out for our transfer to Hue. On the way, visit the fascinating Cham Museum and the Marble Mountains. We will cross Hai Van Pass where you will have magnificent views of the East Sea. Upon arrival we will check into our hotel and continue onward to our boat trip on Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda and Ming Mang Emperor's Mauseoleum. There will be free time to shop and explore Dong Ba market. 1his evening, there is an option for a royal dinner with live traditional music/dance performances.(B/L) Overnight: lndochine Palace Hotel

MARCH 2

Hue and Fly to Hanoi
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Imperial Citadel, Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynasty Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, and Thai Hoa Palace. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, visit An Hien House-an excellent example of traditional Vietnamese architecture. Massive pillars support a large tiled roof with the family altar in the middle. Next, transfer to the airport to catch our flight to Hanoi. (B/D) Overnight: The Light Hotel

MARCH 3

Hanoi City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to the historic complex of Ba Dinh. Visit Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside view), the Presi­dential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, and the must­see monument in Hanoi-Tran Quoc Pagoda. Next, visit the Temple of Literature-the first Imperial school in Vietnam, built in 1070 during the dynasty of King Ly. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing our tour onward to Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple (lade Mountain Temple), But Tower, Dai Nghien, Hue Bridge. You may even witness a special Viet­namese Water Puppet show. (B/L/D) Overnight: The Light Hotel

MARCH 4

Hanoi, Halong Bay, and Over-night on Cruise
After breakfast, depart for Halong Bay-we will be travelling through the scenic countryside. The wonderous Halong Bay is truly one of Viet­nam's most impressive scenic sights. Heading out of town we will witness fantastic views of the blending skies and some 3,000 limestone is­lands rising amazingly from the crystal clear and emerald waters. The limestone karsts formations are littered with beaches, grottoes, and beautiful caves. Along the way, we will enjoy a leisurely swim in a secluded cove and enjoy a visit to one of the many hidden grottoes. (B/L/D) Overnight: Bhaya Cruise

MARCH 5

Halong Bay and Hanoi
Today, wake up onboard and enjoy breakfast as we continue cruising around the bay. Enjoy the aquamarine waters of the bay at its best as the junk boat continues to cruise quietly through spectacular limestone formations. We will have brunch before disembarking. Once we check into our hotel in Hanoi, the remainder of the day is free for you to explore. (B/L) Overnight: The Light Hotel

MARCH 6

Hanoi and Fly to Siem Reap
The morning/afternoon is free before transfer­ring to the airport to catch our flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival we will transfer to our hotel and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. (B/D) Overnight: Empress Residence Resort

MARCH 7

Siem Reap and Angkor Tours
TI1is morning, we will get up early and take tuk-tuks to the Angkor Wat Temple. Angkor Wat Temple is what remains of a disappeared civilization, which between the 8th and 13th century built this splendid temple. It was then partially annihilated by an invasion and hidden for centuries amongst the forest. Dawn is one of the most beautiful and haunting times to visit the temple, whose ancient sandstone blocks are gilded gold by the early morning rays. After­wards, we will return to the hotel for breakfast and the afternoon at your leisure. Later this afternoon visit the jungle-entwined temple of Ta Prohm. Then, we will visit Angkor Thom ( the Great City) including the Southern Gate. Choose to watch the sunset from the romantic setting of Phnom Bakeng hilltop or Pre Rup temple. We will then return to town for a well-earned hour foot massage. Enjoy dinner with a traditional Apsara dance show. (B/L/D) Overnight: Empress Residence Resort

MARCH 8

Siem Reap, Tonle Sap Lake, and Departure
After breakfast, visit the town of Pour Krom and walk through this lovely village experiencing local life. Enjoy an ox cart ride before transfering to Chong Knies villages to take a traditional wooden boat ride on the Tonie Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia. It is one of the largest in Asia and is where you can find schools, restaurants, and hospitals. Next, visit Les Artisans D'Angkor for shopping. Then, we travel back to town to explore Psar Chass, also known as the "Old Market''. Enjoy your farewell dinner before transferring to the airport for the flight back to Canada. (B/L/D)

Arrive in Toronto
This morning we touch back down in Toronto.
