Split - Hvar - Dubrovnik - Montenegro

DAY 1 - Arrive Split

You will be personally greeted at Split Airport and transferred to Split center with your luxurious vehicle. You will be confirmed for 4 nights in double rooms in the hotel with 4*. This evening after a welcome drink at the hotel terrace when you will meet the rest of your group you will be escorted to the Wine & Cheese Bar Paradox. Croatia is so proud of its wines, and there is no better way to start this tour, enjoy the journey of discovery. And may you make many memories - and friends, one glass at a time. Cheers!

DAY 2 - Split and Trogir Unesco Heritage Site

After breakfast, walk through the most beautiful city in the world, how Split is often called by its citizens. Enjoy a private guided tour of Split city center is probably the best way to get to know this dynamic city that has evolved over the centuries from the Roman Emperor Diocletian's summer Palace to the now bustling city that it is today. Start the tour by visiting the open food market where you will pick your lunch ingredients. While you visit the Diocletian Palace in the heart of Split - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The lunch will be prepared for you in the small UJE bar located within the Palace. This evening, enjoy the heart of Split on your own.

DAY 3 - Krka National Park and Skradin

Krka National Park is one of the most fascinating regions of Croatia! This amazing river carved a spectacular canyon on its 70 km journey from the foothills of Dinara mountain to the amazing estuary under the walls of historic Sibenik. The tour starts in Skradin when you board the public boat that takes you under the waterfalls of Skradinski buk. The walk around the waterfalls is incredible! After this memorable walk you will visit the countryside here that is dotted with vineyards, each vine sitting in its own patch of fertile earth within a framework of stone walls covering the surrounding hills. The wine tasting will be followed by local tapas which will keep you moving for the afternoon.

DAY 4 - Day at Leisure

DAY 5 - Transfer to Hvar by Ferry

This morning after breakfast you will be privately transferred to Hvar by public ferry. Upon arrival to Stari Grad enjoy a short walk in this picturesque town. You will drive a short distance to Hvar and check into your hotel, where you will enjoy magnificent sea view rooms. Later this afternoon explore the beauties of Hvar with your local guide who will escort you on a sightseeing tour (2 hours) of the town which is best known for its medieval buildings which are the legacy of four centuries of Venetian rule. At the end of the tour, relax in one of the many city open terraces and enjoy a cup of tea with the dignitary who lives in Hvar his whole life.

DAY 6 - Hvar Island Tour

A full day of wine and great food visiting two of Croatia's premier wineries, followed by a delightful olive grove picnic! From hidden coves on the coast to lush vineyards in the heart of the island, enjoy a jeep safari packed with an exciting array of spectacular landscapes and azure vistas. Drive to the highest point of Hvar, St. Nikola's peak. As the locals say, "there's no be Fer Place in the world for me to be at this moment!" Later you will visit an olive grove in picturesque middle Hvar Island village overlooking a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you will enjoy a fantastic picnic prepared just for you. Your meal will be prepared in a traditional island way, cooked over an open fire and served by the island's best olive oil producer Mr. Borivoj Bojanid.

DAY 7 - Optional Bike and Hike Tour of Hvar

DAY 9 - Transfer to Dubrovnik via Ston

Today you are heading towards South part of Dalmatia, to Dubrovnik - the Pearl of Adriatic. On your way to Dubrovnik you will stop at little town Ston on the beginning of the Peljesac peninsula, known for the fortification complex dating from the 14th century and quite unique in its length of 3.5 miles. The Ston area is also known for great seafood especially oysters which are grown in the Little Ston bay. You won't miss the opportunity to taste those fruits of the sea depths. Oyster tasting and harvesting on the sea farm from the boar in Ston followed by light lunch and great local wines is one of the most memorable experiences while in Croatia. Peljesac area is the second biggest wine growing area in Croatia where you will visit the small local wineries, mostly famous for its Posip and Plavac. In the late afternoon, you will arrive to Dubrovnik where you will be checked for 4 nights at the 4* hotel.

DAY 10 - Dubrovnik

Become one of the witnesses of Dubrovnik's rich history and discover its magnificent buildings, palaces and treasures including the city walls and a ride on a cable car for some spectacular views of Dubrovnik. This morning is reserved for exploring and enjoying in your Pearl of Adriatic - the old town Dubrovnik.

DAY 11 - Konavle

From Dubrovnik you will be transferred to Konavle region, one of the most spectacular and renowned areas of the region. Drive across one of the most beautiful paved roads through vineyards, olive groves and through ancient villages. At a famous Karaman winery, we will stop and enjoy award winning prosecco for which he got a golden medal on the world championship in 2009. A wine tasting will be served in the vineyard. Lunch today will be served in the restaurant Konavoski Dvori. This evening we recommend you to just take a relaxing walk toward the old city before dinner. You may wish to relax by finding a cafe called Buza this is a cracking little bar perched on rocks beneath the city walls.

DAY 12 - Dubrovnik at Leisure

DAY 13 - Montenegro Kotor Bay

Today you will be escorted by your guide for a full day sightseeing tour (8 hours) by private vehicle to the Independent State of Montenegro. You will travel through the region of Herczeg Novi and along the coast of Europe's most southerly fjord, the Bokarska Kotor, to reach the historic city of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After time at leisure for lunch, drive over the Lovcen Mountain (the so-called Black Mountain from which Montenegro takes its name of Crna Gora) to Cetinje, the former capital of Montenegro.

DAY 14 - Departure


You will be privately transferred to Dubrovnik airport for your flights back home.
